‘‘Fusion hunter’’

This piece is done in what I am calling my ‘‘fusion style’’, where I apply traditional japanese method and material to a more modern knife style.

This knife was forged from w2 high carbon steel, heat treated in the Japanese fashion to show ‘‘hamon’’ or temper line.

The Guard, spacers and Habaki are stacked in japanese style, from ancient textured iron and nickel silver.

The handle if made from thousands year old bog oak, brushed to give a pleasing texture..

The sheath is hand stitched leather with an inlay of of Ostrich leg.

Comes with padded storage case.
